Hudson WirenHudson_2

I am Hudson Wiren, husband of a beautiful wife and father of a lovely baby girl. I believe God has called me to think, to raise my family, and to never lose my motivation or give up on my goals. The study of limited, responsible government through history and the study of the Bible’s message are my true passions. I am a student of history and am currently working on a history degree with Lumerit Education. Biographies have a special draw for me, as motivations behind actions and beliefs fascinates me. I am an avid fisherman and one day hope to catch every major gamefish species on the North American Continent. When driving, I listen to the soundtracks of the 3 great musicals: “Les Miserables”, “Hamilton”, and “Fiddler On the Roof”.

Jeff Harvey is a writer/director/actor, and as of September 2016, an avid fan of football. He enjoys doing many things by himself that normal people only do in social settings, such as eating at diners and watching movies in the theater. He is a fan of movies made by M. Night Shyamalan and Richard Curtis, as well as TV shows run by Joss Whedon. He declines to reveal his political views, but will say that he never plans to run for office. On an average day you will catch him procrastinating, dancing, listening to music by the band Jule Vera, and watching Netflix. On an above-average day, you will catch him writing blog posts for Cogitare. He would like to recommend reading the 18th Psalm, as that is his favorite chapter of any book.

Joshua D. Lazarus was born in the summer of ’85 on a hot July morning, marking his greatest achievement in this world so far by adding to the local population of his home town and state. This achievement having only been seconded only by the length and thickness of his beard, which is considerable and thought to be his most attractive feature. During his formative years he was taught in public and private schools, as well as being home-schooled, and in these institutions that he mastered the arts of counting to ten WITHOUT using his fingers OR toes and learning his ABC’s. However, it was also in such institutions that he encountered his greatest failure – one that haunts and consumes him even unto this very day – the ability to distinguish between lefts and rights. Eventually Joshua graduated and continued on in his education at the Bucks County Community College where he would earn an Associates Degree in American Studies in 2007. Finding this degree utterly worthless and not being in the possession of the necessary funds to continue further on in higher education, he joined the workforce in the service industry as a minimum wage punching bag at a “Mom & Pop” UPS Store and later at a local auction house that also randomly shipped elder care products for an online retailer. Eventually deciding that he was tired being professionally abused by his bosses and their customers for a living, he quit is job and is now a self employed Antique Dealer and eBay seller where the only one who abuses him now is himself and his customers. In his off time, which is something that he can only dream of one day having, he enjoys; photography, watching movies & TV, reading books, and occasionally acting in local community theatre productions.

KODAK Digital Still CameraAbby Frailey

Abby Frailey is a 16 year old high school senior that’s often caught slacking off, singing show tunes at the top of her lungs, pretending she can dance, wishing she lived in the 80’s, and reading books like there’s no tomorrow. One of her favorite pastimes is binging on fan-fiction while eating homemade fudge popsicles and blasting music that’s from long before her era. While not doing any of those things, she can be found acting at her local youth theatre, Players of the Stage (which she’s convinced is the best place on the face of the earth), or trying to get her friends to read her favorite book, The Outsiders. If she’s not doing either of those things, she’s probably either trying to weasel her way out of math homework or being forced to learn about biology. She also enjoys shouting quotes from movies and books at people. If things go as planned, she’ll be attending Oklahoma Baptist University in the Fall of 2019 and majoring in Theatre…but really, when do things ever go as planned?
